Courtroom Graphics: Why to Use Them and How Not to Abuse ThemAttorneys have long used visual aids, such as charts and photographs, to help juries understand key facts and issues during trial. That tradition continues, but many of today's trial attorneys have upgraded to sophisticated computer graphics and automated display systems to improve their connection and communication with modern jurors. No matter how high or low tech the visual aids, enhancing an attorney's arguments and persuasive presentation of evidence remains the goal.
